From 2010 to 2020, Arjan served as member, chairman, and later advisor to the XS4ALL Works Council. Over that decade, he was closely involved in — and often directly engaged with — the key decisions, conflicts, and negotiations that shaped the company’s final years and ultimately led to its demise.
